Our Story

Éssen Gourmet

What began as casual food chats on college rides soon turned into a shared dream — to create something meaningful through food. Our journey took us from classrooms to kitchens in France, and later, solo trips to Germany that inspired a promise: our venture would carry a piece of that rich culinary culture.

With a deep love for food, people, and storytelling, we built a cloud kitchen that feels like home. Not just meals, but experiences — crafted with care, from our secret bread recipes to greens we grow ourselves.
